Speaking at a ceremony in Akorda on September 5, 2025, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that the global oil and gas industry is the focus of attention for many countries and renowned experts.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: "In my opinion, hydrocarbons will continue to play a key role in global energy and, consequently, in Kazakhstan's energy sector. As the experience of a number of countries, including European ones, shows, alternative energy sources can play a kind of supporting role."
